Manrunq (1954)

With the connivance of the City Council Housing Commission, the construction engineer manages to commission an unfinished residential building. Residents who move into the house discover that there is no running water or electrical wiring. The chairman of the city council decides to teach the careless builder a lesson and gives him a warrant for one of the apartments. The engineer is personally convinced of the inconvenience caused by some of the “little things” that he carelessly omitted during the construction of the house.
